Mission Statement The Beck's Baptist Church Internet Ministry seeks to continously serve the Beck's Baptist Church family of believers, those of the surrounding community in Winston-Salem, North Carolina, and the online world community 24 hours a day and 7 days a week by providing instant access to interactive spiritual guidance and growth resources, information about the services and ministries at Beck's Baptist Church of interest to both members and the online community, plus links to additional Christian resources online in a manner that brings respect, honor, and glory to God, and that encourages belief in and obedience to our Lord Jesus Christ. Vision Statement The Beck's Baptist Church Internet Ministry envisions being an always available provider of Christ centered information and activity resourses of use to the online community, especially those in the northern Winston-Salem / Forsyth County area of North Carolina. To those in our immediate geographical area the Beck's Internet Ministry wants to be of particular service on a consistent and recurring basis by helping fulfill their needs - for psychological, social, and physcial needs, as well as providing for their spiritual needs - both through online resources and by providing referral to other church ministries and community resources. And to those of all age groups in the world wide community of people online the Beck's Internet Ministry seeks to minister to their needs on a consistent and recurring basis by providing Christian based resources in support of the God ordained family unit as well as for the spiritual development of each individual into a Christ-like person. To reach those goals ... We seek to make the online world aware of what Beck's is, what Beck's believes and stands for, and what Beck's has to offer through our online presence right here. We provide an online version of the weekly church newsletter, the Beck & Call which is filled with news of what has happened and announcements of what will soon happen at Beck's, as well as provide a E-Mail notification service of special events. We offer two online daily devotionals - one each morning and another each afternoon - as well as links to several other online devotionals to aid our visitors in their daily Christian walk. Plus we have the Beck's Prayer List online to make it easy for members, friends, and Christians around the world to specifically pray for the needs among Beck's "family." And there is an online Prayer Request entry function as well so that you can make your needs know to Beck's for our prayers.
